This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the top Female Weightlifters in North America.  Marilou Dozois Prevost is a 2008 Olympian, she represented Canada and placed in the top 10 of the 48KG weight category.  She is currently training to represent Canada in Brazil at the 2016 Olympic Games.
